The LU-610 is an advanced addition to Highlead’s extensive line-up of heavy-duty industrial sewing machines.
Powered by an integrated high torque direct-drive servo motor, it delivers rapid start-stop responsiveness, built-in energy savings, and straightforward installation with speeds up to 3,000 stitches per minute.
Sporting the modern look of Highlead’s latest heavy-duty walking foot series, it features an embedded colour touchscreen panel for effortless setting adjustments.
The top mounted climb adjusting dial allows for greater versatility, with you able to set & match the walking foot climbing height to a particular job. Useful for operators who often have to switch between differing materials and applications. This offers a real advantage, when compared with older style fixed walking foot models, by adding the ability to quickly & easily change between differing thicknesses and different weights of materials while maintaining a positive feeding action with a balanced stitch formation. As you increase the climbing foot height the machine will automatically adjust the maximum running speed to match.
The factory-proven electro-pneumatic systems deliver exceptional sensitivity and reliability. While keeping the classic triple-feed design (bottom, needle bar, and walking foot top feed); Highlead have upgraded this model with an electronic thread clamp, an electronic hand-wheel and dual pneumatic thread tension devices.
