The Highlead GC0618-1SC is an enhanced version of Highlead's established GC0618 series, engineered for medium-heavy materials, upholstery, technical textiles and leather.
Its robust construction, extended stitch length, increased presser foot lift and powerful feeding mechanism make this industrial sewing machine suitable for a wide range of demanding sewing applications.
Unlike a conventional drop-feed sewing machine, the GC0618-1SC combines three feeding actions: bottom feed, needle bar feed and alternating top walking feet. These mechanisms work together to move the material through the machine, helping to maintain consistent feeding and seam quality.
Triple Feed System: Bottom Feed, Needle Feed and Walking Foot
The triple-feed system combines the lower feed dogs, needle feed and alternating walking foot. This is particularly useful when sewing multiple layers or thicker materials that can be difficult to feed evenly with a conventional sewing machine.
