Q: I'm not sure if the goods will fit in my Car or Van ? 

A: We have loaded most types of vans, hatch-back cars and estates – so give us a ring first.

Q: After I reserve, how long before I can collect ?

A: Usually after 60 minutes.

Q: What is the latest time I can telephone you to reserve for same day collection ?

A: Usually 2:30pm week days.

Q: What is the latest time I can visit to collect the reserved goods.

A: Usually 4pm week days.

Q: Will somebody help me load my car/van ?

A: Yes, we employ dedicated technicians to assist you.

Q: How long does the reservation last for ?

A: Usually until 4pm the same day (or next day if agreed at time of reservation).

Q: Is there a charge for the reserve and collect option ?

A: No, its a free service to help customers who need an industrial sewing machine quickly.

Q: Once I reserve, can I cancel my reservation ?

A: Yes, if you change your mind please ring us and we will cancel your reservation.

Q: I can not collect, can you despatch the goods instead ?

A: Yes*, subject to cleared funds, we can usually despatch via pallet carrier with-in 2-5 working day. 

*Note some special offer items are priced for collection only with no delivery option offered.

Reserve and collect is subject to stock availability and pre-arranged collection before 4pm week days during normal opening times.  The latest time to reserve for same day collection is 2:30pm.  Reservations made after 2:30pm may be available for collection on the next working day.  Reserve and collect is only available by phone or in person.
