Narrow Cylinder Arm with Bed Drop Device
Highlead GL13118-2 single thread chain-stitch industrial sewing machine for blind-stitching and hemming fabrics and textiles.
Featuring an extra narrow cylinder arm for improved usefulness when stitching tubular shaped garments & items with small circumference apertures. Example: Gloves, Socks, Cuffs, Technical textiles, Bands, Babywear, narrow arm/leg etc.
The machine produces a single thread chainstitch, which on the outside of the fabric appears to be hidden. The blind-stitch depth is easily adjusted, via the control dial, to suit different types and weights of fabric.
A removable front mounted roller guide is fitted to allow easy tensioning of circular items. It can be adjusted in height and distance, in relation to the cylinder arm, to maintain a tensioned shape while the garment is being blind stitched.
For easier loading and unloading the Highlead GL13118-2 features a superior knee operated bed drop system. By operating the knee lever, the whole cylinder bed lowers away from the presser foot and stitch arm.
