Robust time served design with a superior feeding mechanism for better overall performance and increased versatility.

The GM288-501 is a special purpose sub-class model for overlocking Jeans, work-wear, upholstery & other medium-heavy weight type materials.

It features a high looper lift clearance to accept heavier materials together with a special reinforced internal driving crank shaft, tractor foot device & wider 4.8mm heavy duty gauge set sewing equipment.   

Fully enclosed oil system with running speeds at up-to 6500 stitches per minute.

Smooth & quiet operation using a balanced overlocker sewing head with easy to use operator adjustments such as stitch size and feeder movement. 

Highlead GM288-501 comes assembled with unit stand, wooden table top, 5-way cotton stand & quiet electronic servo motor (standard UK plug).
