Highlead GM900 Overlock Sewing Machine High Speed Series



New model Highlead GM900 high speed overlock sewing machine with built-in direct drive motor. High speed overlocking model for stitching light to medium weight materials. Suitable for general purpose use in manufacturing a wide range of clothing & textiles, with the ability to produce a well balanced stitch formation and top quality seam finishes. The operating speed is adjustable up-to 7000 r.p.m (subject to material type & settings) via the built in operator control panel. With up-to 60% energy savings when compared to older style V-belt driven overlocker models. The high efficiency built-in direct drive motor operates quietly with greater speed control for the operator. The use of high specification assemblies and bearings, offers smooth running performance with a lighter more user friendly operation feel. Stitch length and fine differential feed amounts are easy to adjust and set. A needle area LED light is also included as standard equipment.
